Alle Kinder haben besondere Bedürfniss

[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Egal, ob sie einen zusätzlichen Förderbedarf aufweisen oder aus unterschiedlichen Lebenshintergründen kommen. Wir stellen das Kind, mit seiner Persönlichkeit, seinen Interessen und Fähigkeiten, in die Mitte unserer Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge.

Eine vertraute Beziehung zwischen Kindern und Mitarbeitenden soll jedem einzelnen Kind Sicherheit geben und darin unterstützen Fragen zu stellen, neugierig zu sein und die Welt zu erkunden. Durch das Konzept zur Hochbegabtenförderung, nach dem wir arbeiten, und gezielter Beobachtung schaffen die Mitarbeiter ein Umfeld, in dem Begabungen und Fähigkeiten der Kinder in den verschiedenen Bildungsbereichen schnell erkannt und darauf adäquat reagiert werden kann. Jedes Kind wird ganzheitlich gefördert und entsprechend seines eigenen Tempos in seiner Entwicklung begleitet und kann sich frei nach seinen Interessen und Stärken einbringen. Und das in einer positiven Atmosphäre, in der die Freude am Tun, gegenseitiges Vertrauen sowie Lebensfreude ihren Platz hat.

Bei unserem Projekt „Spielzeugfreie Zeit“ räumen wir innerhalb einer Woche mit den Kindern gemeinsam das Spielzeug aus den Gruppen und verabschieden es in „Urlaub“, für mehrere Wochen. Tücher, Decken, Kissen und das Mobiliar bleiben in den Gruppen – die Ressourcen sind also begrenzt. Diese künstlich geschaffene Lücke zwingt die Kinder, sie selbst auszufüllen oder die Leere zu ertragen. Das fördert die Kreativität. Und wenn Spielmaterial fehlt, spielen die Kinder miteinander. Somit gewinnt das Rollenspiel an Interesse, was vor allem für die emotionale Entwicklung wichtig ist. Darüber hinaus schafft das Projekt eine gleiche Ausgangslage für alle – die Karten werden neu gemischt. Das führt zu Änderungen der Gruppenstrukturen, die für die soziale Entwicklung bedeutsam sind. Große Freiräume, weniger Struktur führt zu mehr Kommunikation, weil die Kinder viel aushandeln. Wenig Ablenkung, viel Zeit am Stück, kein „voller Terminkalender“ – das sind gute Voraussetzungen für selbstbestimmtes, intensives, langes und konzentriertes Spiel.

Um den Kindern den Übergang zur Schule zu erleichtern, besteht eine kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Grundschule Ernstbergstraße in Blumberg. [/fusion_text][fusion_text]Wir sind Teil des Familienzentrums „efa nordwärts“ und bilden mit den Kitas Lebensbaumweg und „Villa Maus“ einen Verbund – mit den angeschlossenen Evangelische Kirchengemeinden Köln Neue-Stadt und Köln-Worringen. Wir verstehen uns als Knotenpunkt eines Netzwerkes für die Familien im Kölner Norden.

Um dies zu gewährleisten kooperieren wir mit verschiedenen Bildungs- und Beratungsstellen, Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen und anderen Institutionen.

Kurze Wege, bekannte Gesichter und ein vertrauter Ort sind nur einige Punkte, die das Familienzentrum „efa nordwärts“ zu einem Lebens-, Bildungs- und Erfahrungsort für die gesamte Familie machen. Die einrichtungsübergreifende Arbeit wird vom Träger der KITAs, dem Evangelischen KITA-Verband Köln-Nord, intensiv unterstützt und befürwortet. Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern

[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Grundlage unserer pädagogischen Arbeit ist es, dass Eltern und Mitarbeitende gemeinsam Verantwortung für die Begleitung des Kindes übernehmen.

Bereits in der Vorbereitung zur Eingewöhnung beginnen wir, uns mit den Eltern über ihr Kind auszutauschen. Diese sensible Zeit des KITA-Starts wollen wir gemeinsamen gestalten, damit das Kind von Anfang an eine große Sicherheit erfahren kann.
Durch kurze tägliche Gesprächsmöglichkeiten, terminierte Entwicklungsgespräche, Elternabende und Aktionen wird dieser Austausch weiter gepflegt.
Darüber hinaus beraten wir regelmäßig mit dem gewählten Elternrat, welche Themen alle Eltern beschäftigen, welche Veränderungen und Verbesserungen notwendig und möglich sind.

Die Eltern unserer Kita unterstützen uns bei vielen anfallenden Dingen, wie der Reparatur von Spielzeug, malern von Räumlichkeiten, bei der Gartenarbeit oder als Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Dingen. Und sollte einmal unsere Küchenkraft ausfallen, stehen sie uns auch bei der Organisation des Mittagessens hilfreich zur Seite.
