Unsere Mitarbeiter verstehen sich als beobachtende und reflektierte Lernbegleiter und Unterstützer der Kinder, denen sowohl Selbstbestimmungs- als auch Mitbestimmungsrechte ermöglicht werden. Unser pädagogisches Ziel ist es, Kinder zu stärken, ihre Neugier zu wecken und ihre Lernfreude zu erhalten.

Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern

Grundlage unserer pädagogischen Arbeit ist es, dass Eltern und Mitarbeitende gemeinsam Verantwortung für die Begleitung des Kindes übernehmen.

Bereits in der Vorbereitung zur Eingewöhnung beginnen wir, uns mit den Eltern über ihr Kind auszutauschen. Diese sensible Zeit des Kita-Starts wollen wir gemeinsamen gestalten, damit das Kind von Anfang an eine große Sicherheit erfahren kann.
Durch kurze tägliche Gesprächsmöglichkeiten, terminierte Entwicklungsgespräche, Elternabende und Aktionen wird dieser Austausch weiter gepflegt. Darüber hinaus beraten wir regelmäßig mit dem gewählten Elternbeirat, welche Themen alle Eltern beschäftigen, welche Veränderungen und Verbesserungen notwendig und möglich sind.

Elternmitarbeit ist gefragt und wird sehr geschätzt. Die Eltern mögen unsere familiäre Atmosphäre und unsere am Kind orientierte Pädagogik und beteiligen sich sehr gern an Elternabenden, bei Festen und gemeinsamen Aktionen, beispielsweise im Außengelände.
