Am 11. April haben 6 weitere pädagogische Fachkräfte aus unseren Kitas ihr Examen als Marte Meo Praktiker erfolgreich absolviert.

Seit unserem Marte Meo Fachtag 2016 mit Josje Aarts bilden wir pro Kita eine Marte Meo Kollegentrainerin aus und haben begonnen, alle pädagogischen Fachkräfte nach und nach zu Marte Meo Praktiker*innen weiter zu qualifizieren.

Marte Meo („Aus eigener Kraft“) ist eine videobasierte Methode zur Entwicklungsunterstützung. Ihr Einsatz ist überall dort sinnvoll, wo Entwicklung möglich, erwünscht und gewollt ist. Sie wurde von Maria Aarts in 1980-er Jahren entwickelt und wird international in den Arbeitsfeldern der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, der Familienberatung, der Behinderten- und Altenarbeit eingesetzt.

In unseren Kitas werden die Videos von Kindern und Mitarbeitenden genutzt, um zentrale Entwicklungsschritte der Kinder zu erkennen und förderliche pädagogische Schritte zu planen. Es geht unter anderem um Hilfestellung bei der Sprachentwicklung, beim Knüpfen sozialer Kontakte, bei der Bewältigung von Emotionen oder der Förderung von Konzentration.

Darüber hinaus werden auch soziale Interaktionen zwischen pädagogischen Fachkräften und Kindern gefilmt. Die ausgebildeten Marte Meo Kollegentrainerinnen zeigen den Fachkräften, welche Momente gut und gewinnbringend gelungen sind und welche pädagogischen Handlungsschritte sie weiterentwickeln sollten.

Marte Meo ist eine Methode, die Erfolge in der pädagogischen Arbeit sichtbar macht und Fachkräfte sehr stark motiviert. Dies war auch bei den Kursteilnehmenden zu spüren. Sechs Monate haben Sie Kinder und sich selbst im Kita-Alltag gefilmt und diese Videos bei den monatlichen Kurstreffen unter Anleitung der Referentinnen Susanne Grothues und Anne Fuhrmans (Marte Meo Kollegentrainerinnen) ausgewertet.

Unterstützung bekamen die beiden Kollegentrainerinnen, die das erste Mal diesen Kurs geleitet haben, von Heike Bösche, die in ihrer Funktion als Marte Meo Supervisorin auch die Prüfungen abnahm. „Die Fachkräfte zeigten ein qualitativ sehr hohes Niveau und waren sehr engagiert“, lobte Frau Bösche die Absolvent*innen.

Wir gratulieren den neuen Marte Meo Praktiker*innen sehr herzlich und freuen uns über ihren weiteren Einsatz für die Kinder in den Kitas.
